It's a chocolate cake, but it's gluten free* Compared to normal chocolate cakes it won't win any prizes, but we've been told it's the least bad gluten free chocolate cake one taste tester had. The flavor is like any other chocolate cake, but the texture is where things fall apart, quite literally. This cake would be perfect with a bowl of ice cream.
*While the recipe contains no gluten it should be noted that this cake is baked on shared equipment, and trace amounts of gluten may be present.
Chocolate Frosting: add 10.25 a batch
